He has rich experience in designing multi-role networks and working with stakeholders in automating business processes to achieve organizational needs. In his last engagement with Kingsway Hospitals, he led strategic technology interventions as the Chief Technology Officer.
As a recognized speaker in many CXO forums, Unmesh is a regular panellist on digital initiatives with a focus on healthcare. He has a Diploma in Industrial Electronics. Currently he leads CaaS, CTO As A Service as it Founder and Principal Technology Consultant.

He is also a Visiting faculty for TISS for MHA students and can be seen as a Moderator/Panelists in various Healthcare Events across the country.

She is a Principal assessor for NABH for hospitals, for Ethics committee and Digital Health standards and a certified internal auditor for JCI and NABL. She is currently working as a Director Operations, Medical Superintendent and Academic In-charge at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Research Centre (RGCIRC), Rohini, Delhi.

For past 14 years, he has been associated with healthcare industry and has worked with four reputed hospitals, in Mumbai and Kerala, as CIO/Head-IT, two of them being greenfield hospital projects and another brownfield hospital for changeover of its HIS (Hospital Information System) and its subsequent streamlining. He had played a vital role in full-fledged EMR(Electronic Medical Records) and e-ICU implementation for a greenfield hospital.
